URBAN FLOW
These classes are a take on slow flow, designed to give a full body release. Urban Flow incorporates strength, flexibility and breathwork practices to encourage balance for a calm mind and a mobile body. This offering is set to 85°.
HATHA
This is a familiar sequence evolved from the traditional 26 Hatha postures and 2 breathwork practices. While each facilitator offers a modern twist you can feel confident in recognizing the poses. Hatha classes are set to 90°.
Pilates/Barre Fusion
Fire up your core and feel the burn with this upbeat fusion of Pilates and barre — designed to tone, tighten, and boost your energy!
YIN
A yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held (3-5+ minutes), passive floor poses that typically focus on the shoulders, hips, legs, & lower spine. You can expect breath-work exercises and mindfulness meditations whilst you are in the pose. Yin is the perfect compliment to more active styles of yoga and sports, or anyone seeking stretch, and relaxation.

BREATH WORK SERIES
A mindful series of breathing techniques blended together in an active meditation, this is a dynamic body mind practice.
MODERN FLOW
A dynamic movement class inspired by vinyasa with more vigor. Modern Flow offers an opportunity to work through challenging postures while centering the mind. Modern Flow classes are set to 90°.
VINYASA
A flow that facilitates the pairing of one movement to one breath. Vinyasa cultivates strength and stamina by bringing awareness to the coordination of your mind and body. These classes are set to 90°.
MEDITATION
A mindful half or one hour of meditation. Yoga meditation is done without moving the body. When you do this mindful practice you may calm, release, connect, or reduce stress. This is time for you to clear the mind.
SCULPT LAB
Flow and strength based postures that combine creative sequencing. You will move sweat, and push through this practice.
STRETCH LAB
A calm vibrant slow subtle flow with deep holds to give you a complete release through the body, it's a modern take on yin.
